The Database that was made and configure during installation was not properly configured. I tried several things and found out that this error happens when trying to connect to the server with the client was dude to a bad SQL database configuration.

First I thought it was a database credential issue because the ChangeAuditor clients where not installed yet and when they where the would connect directly to the database (when you uses the default configuration) but I did not found any helpful messages in the log files. When installing ChangeAuditor form Quest (a next, next finish installation) I received an error when I tried to logon with the client but I did not get any error during or after the installation.
